Automatically Collected Server Log Files

With each page visit, Netlify automatically stores technical information in server log files. This includes: IP address, time of access, URL visited, and browser and operating system used. I do not have direct access to these log files; they are processed by Netlify as part of infrastructure operations. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable provision of the website).

When you send me an email, your details (email address and message content) are stored to process your enquiry. I do not share this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Some content on this website is password-protected. To avoid requiring you to re-enter the password on every page change after a successful login, a technically necessary cookie (portfolio_auth) is set in your browser.

This is purely functional storage. The cookie contains a cryptographic key solely used to confirm your access authorisation for the protected areas. No personal profiles are created and the password is not stored in plain text.
